What: Quickie Workout in Bed: Thighs was my very first quickie ever. I’ve been doing it for years, teaching my friends and family about it too. Why? Because it’s the laziest, most effective exercise I could find. You just lay there, scrolling through your iphone or watching TV, and getting in a workout! I shot the video on a whim while on a press trip in Maui reviewing the Ritz Carlton Kapalua. I didn’t know if I should do anything with it, so I told my friend- “Johnny Jet”- a travel writer about it, showed it to him, and he urged me to put it up. In fact, he said that if I put it up on YouTube, he would put it up on his insanely popular website JohnnyJet.com. I did, and he did. I ended up selling a book around the concept. And it’s STILL my favorite go-to quickie. I do it several times a week. With a bubble butt like mine… you need maintenance or it will start to drop.
